Sincere Property Management is locally owned and operated out of Oklahoma City. The majority owners are Grant and Alicia Rubin, a husband and wife duo that started Sincere after seeing a genuine need for a company that sincerely cares about all of the people impacted by the rental market–including owners and tenants.
At Sincere Property Management, relationships are a top priority. We not only strive to protect our owner’s investments but we look for ways to partner and increase profitability through real estate acquisition, comprehensive rental market analysis, a full database of reporting, and a team dedicated to the success of our company and owners. We don’t take it lightly that owners are entrusting us with managing their property and we strive to do so with integrity, respect, and transparency.
We also value our tenants–we want good tenants to stay with us and feel the difference of living in homes managed by Sincere. Good tenants not only protect our owner’s investments but they also stabilize owner profit. We take pride in the tenants we place in our properties and have a robust screening process to ensure we find people that will treat each property with respect.
